As Scotland enters another lockdown and Christmas plans are cancelled overnight, I - like many others - will be spending Christmas a little differently this year. I have felt compelled to make a difference and have decided to raise money for mental health charity MHA (Mental Health Aberdeen) by running 10 10k’s in 10 days, starting on the 21st and ending on the 31st.

Mental Health Aberdeen is a local charity that provides counselling and information services to adults and young people experiencing difficulties related to their mental health and wellbeing.

Services like these are crucial for those in normal circumstances, and have become even more important since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.
