The last few years have been challenging to say the least, but we're now out the other side of the pandemic. As well as supporting our clients through these challenging times, by helping them keep active & helping support their mental health in doing so, our clients have also helped us, improve as coaches, learn to adapt to change and keep us in a job (which we are hugely grateful for).

A couple of months ago we thought it would be good to give something back to the community as a thank you to our clients for supporting us through these last few years. Therefore, we have decided to take on the challenge of cycling 1 Million Metres on a static bike (or Bike Erg) at our Studio based at Hedge End Golf Centre and raise some funds for Countess Mountbatten Hospice, based in West End.

Many of us in the local area will have sadly had family, friends & loved ones that have unfortunately spent their last days or hours with the fantastic team at Countess Mountbatten Hospice or required their support in other ways. So raising funds to help the hospice and those requiring their support was a no brainer for us. 

We will be taking the challenge of Cycling 1 Million Metres on Saturday 5th November starting at 8am in our Studio at Hedge End Golf Centre, we will keep the pedals moving continuously between the team of coaches and expect the challenge to take us between 33-35 hours. And YES we will be cycling through the night, so feel free to come and support us at 3am ;)

This will be no easy task so please help us reach our target of raising £1000.
