In June 2025, I have challenged myself to take on the Yorkshire Dales Mighty Marathon Hike to help raise money for people living with cancer. For anyone who knows me, I am an avid walker / hiker; I would love to achieve this marathon hike, and more so because of what it stands for. I will be doing this in memory of anyone who has lost a loved one or who is currently living with this terrible disease.

This is not going to be a walk in the park and I realise that I’ve definitely got my work cut out for me with the months prior to the day of the 26 mile hike. I'd be so grateful if you could help me reach my £250 pledge. There are currently 3 million people living with cancer in the UK today. It's Macmillan's goal to be there for everyone from the moment of diagnosis, but they can't do this without donations from people like you.
