I remember through out High school, one of my close friends was actually a young carer , and I remember the impact it had on her life. How difficult it was for her to come out with us, how she grew up a lot faster then the rest of us and how difficult it made her school life. Unfortunately at the time she didn't have much in the way of support which is why I believe in this cause as it will make life that little bit easier for people like her. As for the kilimanjaro part , well the next time I'm asked in an interview what is the hardest challenge you've ever had to overcome I wont struggle to answer, thats for sure. I hope by climbing kilimanjaro I'll kill 2 birds with one stone not only will I raise money for a great cause but embark on the experience of a lifetime.
