Giraffe About Town · 1 July 2022 to 29 August 2022 ·
I'm taking part in the Giraffe About Town Trail Challenge to help save endangered species. From protecting giraffes in Africa to ensuring a future for the wildcat in Scotland, your donation will make a real difference!
On the 7th of August, I'll run approximately 22km of the Giraffe About Town trail, starting at South Queensferry, on to Stockbridge and ending at Leith. I'll enjoy visiting seven fabulous giraffe sculptures along the way. With my three team mates in RZSS Development, we'll cover the entire trail of 42 sculptures by foot, completing a total distance of about 52km.
Giraffe About Town is an art trail featuring more than 40 magnificent giraffe sculptures across Scotland's capital this summer. In partnership with Wild In Art, the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland is bringing this exciting trail to help the city recover after lockdown and raise much needed funds for wildlife conservation.
Thank you for joining my efforts to stop extinction!
