Zoë’s Place Baby Hospice supports babies and infants with life limiting and life threatening conditions, and their families, from across the North West region. Our specialised hospice offers a home from home environment - where babies love to visit, and where families know that their child is safe.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit the page.

Another year another 'micro-adventure'. I'll be cycling cross country from Liverpool to Middlesbrough to see my family for the first time since Covid lockdown. Route to be confirmed but the majority of the trip will be done along canals, rivers and B roads and will be in excess of 200 mile.

As I did on last year's Outer Hebrides trip, I'll be raising funds towards the excellent and very touching work that Zoe's Place Hospice carry out. The charity has 3 hospices across the country including 1 in Liverpool and 1 in Middlesbrough. Please visit their website to familiarise youself with the charity at https://www.zoes-place.org.uk/ The company I work for also has it's offices in the 2 places so another link between the 2 places!

Last year's trip was a great success and your generosity was gratefully accepted, exceeding the initial target by far. I've chosen the Liverpool hospice this year to donate to and myself and family will be making a personal donation to the Middlesbrough hospice too.

Thanks for your support!

P.s. I've timed it well with the boozers re-opening too!
