Another year another 'micro-adventure'. I'll be cycling cross country from Liverpool to Middlesbrough to see my family for the first time since Covid lockdown. Route to be confirmed but the majority of the trip will be done along canals, rivers and B roads and will be in excess of 200 mile.

As I did on last year's Outer Hebrides trip, I'll be raising funds towards the excellent and very touching work that Zoe's Place Hospice carry out. The charity has 3 hospices across the country including 1 in Liverpool and 1 in Middlesbrough. Last year's trip was a great success and your generosity was gratefully accepted, exceeding the initial target by far. I've chosen the Liverpool hospice this year to donate to and myself and family will be making a personal donation to the Middlesbrough hospice too.
