In 2013 my Sister in Law, Fiona Boyd, was diagnosed with cancer and sadly she passed away in August of this year aged just 47 leaving behind her husband John, son Benjamin and daughter Madeleine. She is missed greatly by our whole family.

I will attempt to cycle up and down the Stormont Hill 150 times between 7th - 25th December in a bid to raise money in her memory for local charity Action Cancer. 

The money raised will allow the charity to continue to save lives and support local people affected by cancer. 

It's a sad fact hat now 1 in 2 of use will be affected by cancer at some stage in our lives. Action Cancer provide an early detection breast screening services as well as a full range of Therapeutic support services for both people going through their own cancer journey as well as those supporting a loved one with a diagnosis.
