Possibly for the final time (again) I'm doing the great North Run to raise funds for St Catherine's Hospice, Preston. They do fantastic work supporting patients and families. A few years ago as we started out in junior football they supported the family of one of our players, something that was invaluable for him and the family.

Its been a tough few years for all charities and they need all the help and support they can get, so please give what you can, and I'll run.
