Every week 84 men in the UK take their own lives! The single biggest killer of men below 45. In 2015, 75% of all UK suicides were male. 

We need to break the macho stigma! Its ok not to be ok, talk to someone it doesn't make you any less of a man.

Very recently I lost a very close friend that I had known most of my life. We grew up together, went the same schools, played in the same football teams and he had a very close circle of friends that did everything together.

He was a very good looking lad and had a heart of gold. He was funny and had a bit of a mischievous side. He had a good job! lovely loving family, his own house, that he had done up with his dad. Everything seemed to be going well...But that wasn't the case, for some unknown reason he decided to take his own life.

Its costs £8 to answer a potentially life saving call!
