When Mam became poorly, running, adventures, and fundraising was what helped get me through it whilst seeing my Mam burst with pride, this continued after Mam passed. 

It is important, now more then ever, to do something and support people and their families living with cancer. Every penny does count and helps people in ways words cannot describe. Cancer has many truly awful traits, let it not defeat us, but make us more cohesive, more supportive, and more connected.
