Firstly thanks for visiting our page, as a few of you may know for the past 4 years we have been actively involved in helping raise money for Prostate Cancer. This year we have taken on the challenge of running the London Marathon instead of the saddle sore that comes with the London to Amsterdam cycle ride, but hope to raise more money than ever.
Unfortunately the number of men dying from prostate cancer every year has for the first time overtaken the number of women dying from breast cancer making it the third biggest cancer killer in the UK, official statistics reveal.
Some 11,819 men now die from prostate cancer every year – the equivalent of one man every 45 minutes – compared to 11,442 women who die from breast cancer, according to new figures released by Prostate Cancer UK.
Please donate what you can, all donations are greatly appreciated and help to fight this disease.
Cheers
Michael, Julian, Matt, Woody and Barry
