THIS. IS. IT.

On Sunday 10th June I will be competing in the Staffordshire Ironman 70.3 race! Ironman 70.3 consists of a 1.2 mile open water swim, followed a 56 mile bike ride, finished with a half marathon (13.1 mile) run, hence making up a total distance of 70.3 miles. This will be my first effort at this distance (quite likely my last!) and I am aiming for 6 to 6.5 hours... maybe 7 or more depending on how the body and mind bear up on the day!
