The Solent MS Therapy Centre provides therapies and support to people in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight with Multiple Sclerosis. We are a self funding charity and it costs £170,000 every year to keep the Centre open. We really appreciate everyone's kind efforts and support on our behalf.

Story

I am raising money for the Solent MS Therapy Centre.

By the old adage 'what goes up must also come down'

So i am going to climb UP mount Snowdon on Wednesday 19th of April

and

Abseil DOWN the Spinaker Tower on Sunday 28th of May.

I last climbed Snowdon 8 years ago when i was a youngish 43 and abseiled the tower when i was a youngish 45, now i am over 50 and thought i would raise some funds and see if my old 50+ legs could still achieve the climb and if my 50+ nerve will hold to descend the 103 meters (315 feet) down the tower.

Thank you for supporting me, your donations are very much appreciated.

Mike
