I decided to support the EAAA because I'm born and bred in Norwich and it's a local charity to me. I often see the helicopter flying around the skies of Norfolk and only then do you appreciate how much of a lifesaver it could actually be. It's a service that is there, a service that people see, but hopefully a service that the majority of people will never need.

I am cycling 100 miles in the 'Norwich 100' on Saturday 1st June 2013 and would be extremely grateful if you could sponsor me for this cycling feat. Just think how saddle sore I will get!
