Just over two years ago, many of us who are taking part in this trek, received the news that our colleague and friend, had took his own life,the devastation is total. 

Many of you reading this will have experienced the same call about your friend or colleague, or will know someone who has. While we all try to be there and offer  help and support to our friends, we cant always be there. That's where mind come in. Offering help and support for free. 

Our friend Roy loved a beer, and had been on previous fundraising treks on behalf of Soex uk up mount Snowdon. In his memory we are going back to the mountain, this time carrying a keg of beer to the top. Our intention is to give it away for free, a pint and a chat, that's sometimes all we have time for, but it can make the difference to someone's day, together, with Mind, we can make a difference to people lives.
