Over the last 7 months my mum went through a nasty bout of breast cancer. Now Cancer-free, myself and Joe Walsh will be running the Edinburgh Marathon on the 26th May, in an attempt to raise some Money for the team at North Ayshire Cancer Care who provided amazing support throughout her treatment.

North Ayrshire Cancer Care's team of volunteer drivers were able to take my mum and many others from the local area to and from hospital – before, during, and after treatment, removing a major stressor for anyone having to go though during cancer treatment. They also provide several workshops thoughout Noth Ayrshire, providing support for people when they need it most.

Any donation, large or small will help to ensure the team at North Ayrshire Cancer Care can continue to provide this fantastic service for people throughout North Ayrshire and make huge difference to this small and very deserving charity.
