When working in Norwich during the late 70s I found myself looking after girls working the streets who needed a safe place to get back onto their feet, I found it one of the most rewarding things I have ever done. During that time I found myself looking after and treating many injuries these youngsters had sustained.

So now I have reached the grand old age of 60 I thought rather than a big party and too much to drink I would set myself a challenge and give something back to those in need of support.
