Michael's Everest Base Camp Trek page

In May 2009 I became a Father for the first time. Sadly our Son, Kyle was Still-Born and although I had the honour to hold him all night long, we had to go home without out precious baby Boy.
I'm trekking to Everest base Camp the day after Kyle's 14th birthday. I believe passionately in trying to create hope and make a difference not only in his name but for all our children gone too soon. As long as stars are in the Sky, anything is possible.
Anam Cara Fasgadh was Co-founded by myself and my friends to provide an escape for families who have lost a child. Kyle's birthday will mark our 1st year of being open. Any donations no matter how small Is massively appreciated and will go towards running costs so we may continue offering a lifeline to families who need a break from what can be a cruel world.
I hope that i can trek across the Himalayas and show tht anything is possible. For me as i Search out the stars, the Sky really is the limit.
Thank you as always
Michael
