I was in training for the 2014 Bournemouth Bay run when I suffered a heart event which resulted in me being rushed to hospital. I underwent two operations where the amazing doctors and nurses at Bournemouth hospital inserted 7 stents into my arteries. Raising money for the "British Heart Foundation" is my way of saying thank you!
