This is the 25th anniversary of TCT , with your help we can make it the start of the next 25 years .All charities , that are supported solely by our support are finding it difficult to survive , we want to ensure we do , saving the lives and giving a future to children that have cancer . I could give you figures and the difference TCT has made , most of you know this , but it is so difficult to appreciate what you have all done . The loss of events such as the Royal Albert Hall concerts has devastated the funding for this year , we can in our small way help make a difference . If anyone can imagine having a child , grandchild , or any one we love , being told ' you have cancer ' . The effect on everybody connected , is devastating . TCT provides care , treatment , understanding , an environment where youngsters can have faith , with other teenagers , supporting each other . We have some of the most uplifting stories , we have the most heartbreaking stories , what we do have is the very best possibility for any teenager to survive and prosper . So many youngsters that have been through this , come back to TCT wards , to give encouragement and hope . This is so important . Nobody should feel they are alone . This is an opportunity for us , in the most difficult period our charity is facing , to help ensure this effort continues . There are no words to express the importance of the work carried out by TCT . Please , if you can give anything , every penny is appreciated .
