Hello Friends ,

I am delighted to report that I have now abseiled safely down All Saints Church tower, to raise much needed funds for three charities that are close to my heart – The West Yorkshire MS Therapy Centre; Yorkshire Historic Churches Trust and All Saints Church, Little Horton Green, Bradford -Spire Appeal.  

What seemed to be an unachievable goal of raising £50,000-00 for all three charities,now seems almost achievable!

I am deeply grateful to all of you who have given so generously and especially so, young Mattie Iliff, who sought paid work - washing his mother's car! - in order that he could sponsor my abseil!!  Thank you sooo much Mattie!! 

I have been deeply moved, by the tremendous generosity and good will of all and I thank every single one of my sponsors for their support.

For those who have been unable to sponsor me to date, donations can still be made until 17th September 2010 and I am still seeking more support for these important charities.
