Hi all,

I am going to be doing 100 press up's every day for the 30 days of November which is very fitting considering I am turning 30 on the 19th of November. Seeing as it's a 'big' birthday, I want to challenge myself  whilst fundraising for the St. Vincent's foundation which is a fundraising body for St. Vincent's healthcare group. All donated funds go to the liver unit, research and supporting the families of patients in their care, which my family experienced in 2018.

My father, Bryan, was under the care of St. Vincent's Hospital,  Dublin. He received treatment for liver disease and was awaiting a liver transplant. Unfortunately, he passed away before the transplant could proceed. The care and support that Dad and our family received from St. Vincent's liver unit was exceptional.

The St. Vincent's foundation means a lot to my family and I. All donations, big or small, will be a considerable help to future patients and their families.
