On 11 July I ran the Dorney Lake Triathon, in 1 hr 31 mins and 50 seconds, raising money for Liver Disease Research and Support.         

So far your donations have helped raise over £1,000 for Liver4Life, a charity focused on liver health in the UK. Research into non alcohol related liver disease is vital as this is a growing menace in the UK.

My oldest cousin Barbara died recently from complications related to liver disease. Barbara was a wonderful mother, daughter, cousin and corner stone of her close and her extended family.
