Mike's 3rd Tower Run

Tower Run · 24 February 2019 ·
Why am I doing this AGAIN?
I am running up the 46 floors, 798 steps of Manchester's tallest (completed) building to raise money for the Christie. The Christie are a great charity who work on the treatment and prevention of Cancer and I don't need to tell anyone how important that is.
It's my 3rd year doing this event and i would love to say it gets easier but based on last year, it doesn't.
I'm aiming for a much better time this year, so lots of training to be done. I am also committing to a vegetarian January. So no meat for a whole month. For a man who only ever eats meat, that is going to be hard. If I at any point give in and eat meat, I will donate £5 for each meal which isn't vegetarian.
With your help, I hope to raise a lot of money for this great cause. Any donation you can spare, be it big or small, will be greatly appreciated.
