For the second year in a row I've chosen to spend a November morning running round a park rather than nursing a hangover to raise money for a fantastic local charity in East London.

Having seen the incredible wok they achieve, I know every penny raised will make a huge difference to so many people in East London.

Last year through your incredible generosity I was able to raise over £1,000 - this is enough money to fund an advice line for a whole week or to provide counselling, support and testing for the many people who rely on Positive East for support.
