Story

On Sunday 6th March I am running the Cambridge Half Marathon and want to raise some money for a really great charity that helps people close to me! Any donations however small or big are really really appreciated!

This year is the 10th anniversary of the OMS charity, where they continue to help people and their families massively, like mine.

Please remember to add gift aid if applicable :)

Overcoming MS is the worlds leading multiple sclerosis healthy lifestyle charity. We understand that living with multiple sclerosis can be overwhelming but there is realistic hope of living well.Over 2.8 million people worldwide live with multiple sclerosis, with many experiencing progressive disability over time. Although there is currently no cure for MS, we believe that people with MS can lead positive and fulfilling lives. This belief is based on substantial scientific evidence of the benefits of holistic self-care, alongside medical therapies when appropriate. At the heart of OMS is a self-management program for people with MS, devised to support their physical and mental health, based on clear, practical actions. Our vision is that people with MS feels empowered to take control of their health, are making informed lifestyle choices and living a full and healthy life.
