In the past year I have found myself needing emotional support from my friends and family that surround me. I am healthy and have a lot to be thankful for which is a blessing.

Unfortunately, I can't say the same thing about one such friend who stepped right up when the going got tough - Ally Gourlay.

Ally has terminal cancer, but that didn't stop him being there ready to travel with me and be a companion when I needed it.

Such an inspiration, it is now time for me to give back please help me, I can't help Ally but I can help Maggies who will help Ally when the time is needed...
