I am raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support in memory of my dad, Roger, who died of cancer in 2009. Macmillan helped my parents during the last months of his life, when that support was most needed.

My dad was a keen club cyclist and just a lovely, kind man. He was a great father, a loving grandfather and a much loved husband. We all miss him and remember him still.

I hope that raising funds for Macmillan will help others whose lives are affected by cancer, through the incredible work the charity does to support patients and families through the darkest times.
