This is the ultimate endurance offroad event, from Winchester to Eastbourne along the South Downs Way. Late notice I know but have only just got over doing the 65m event a few weeks ago and now want to try the full distance. Help me to my sponsorship target and I'll go flat out to beat my time for the 65mile event - 11 hours! Sounds slow but this is a serious ride - over 10,000 feet of climbs (thats the equivalent of almost 3 times up Snowden), across muddy fields, chalky rutted tracks, flint rocks ready to burst tyres, with some fast and furious downhills. 5 crashes on the shorter route a few weeks ago but none of them too serious!  This is a ride that gives you rashes and blisters in places you really do not want them - so please make it worth my while and help me raise some money for a very worthy and local charity.

The Epsom Riding for the Disabled provides an opportinity for local disabled adults and children to enjoy riding in all disciplines and to all levels to benefit their health and well being. They provide approximately 3,700 rides per year for 350 disabled adults and children - the cost of this service is estimated to be close to £100,000 - and are supported by over 200 volunteers.
