Through friends and family, like many others, I have seen the impact cancer has on those affected and their loved ones.

I enjoy a nice leisurely cycle or commute, but this is a new challenge. In August I will be cycling the length of Wales, 262miles North to South over three days, which includes over 26,000 ft of hill climbs. This is to raise money for a charity that supports families affected by cancer in Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. 

Lasting Memories Cancer Trust is volunteer run and supports local families affected by cancer by facilitating and funding memorable days and respite breaks to offer relief away from the stress of a cancer diagnosis and the affect it has on daily life. 

They provide families and loved ones with an opportunity to spend quality time together to make lasting memories.
