We provide peer support, therapeutic activities, and a safe, welcoming drop-in service 5 days a week, led by volunteers with lived mental health experience. Our services aim to reduce isolation, foster connection, and improve wellbeing for everyone in our community.

Story

I am Sean’s brother Michael. So having recently been Through a dark moment in my life and suffered with depression and aniexty something I never thought I would go through. I reached out and spoke up which was the most hardest thing to do but the best thing I ever did. I am still in the early stages but recovering well because I have made drastic changes in my life and I have massive support network around me. So me and Sean have decided to support are local charity and do 60 mile cycle to Blackpool to raise funds the the Anthony Seddon fund.
