On the 24th September, I will be walking a full marathon to help fundraise for the Palace for Life Foundation.

Palace for Life Foundation's mission is to help young South Londoners grow through sport. By donating to this fundraiser, you will personally help the foundation to continue its work to build safer communities, healthier lives and more positive futures for young South Londoners.

The foundation works with thousands of people each year in the communities around Selhurst Park, focusing on those who need help the most. They provide free sports activities in deprived areas, run disability football teams, mentor young people who are at risk of being caught up in crime and help primary school children build positive mental health.

They also run programmes designed to equip young people with the skills they need to start thinking about their future careers.
