Yes Michelle is fundraising again!!!  I'm going to be walking 1/4 of an Ultra Marathon, along the South Downs Way between Eastbourne and Alfiston. In memory of Ethan who spent a lot of time with his family at Demelza SEL*.

The death of someone you love is one of the hardest things in life that you will experience, but what about when that loved one is your child or grandchild?

The death of a child will always be heart breaking, Demelza can't change that, but we can help to make the child's death as stress-free as possible for the family. Before the funeral, if a family would like to, they can stay close to their child by lying them to rest in one of our dedicated bereavement rooms, known in South East London as the butterfly suites. Having this private space to say goodbye and spend time together as a family is a crucial first step in the grieving process. Through different therapies, memory making and the space we offer, our team will be there to help, in whatever way the family needs.

Our butterfly suites are in desperate need of refurbishing to enable us to continue this vital work for families who rely on us each year during such a distressing time. Please give a donation of whatever you can. Thank you
