We lost my lovely mum over 2 years ago. Mum was so scared about going into hospice but when she was in Queenscourt she thought she was in a 5* hotel surrounded by her family. Not a hospital.  When she was first admitted, the staff asked her what she wanted for tea and Mum jokingly said a steak and a Bacardi and Coke. She got exactly that. She had cakes and treats and all things lovely. The staff were so supportive and they made the worst days that little bit less so. We will always be eternally grateful. As a charity, like so many, Queenscourt have suffered through Covid and need donations to keep up their excellent work.
