Each year I like to take on a different physical challenge and this year I've decided to take on the 20 mile Pink Ribbon walk at Chiswick House on 2nd July. This walk raises funds for Breast Cancer Now. 

I think we all know someone who has been affected by breast cancer and when doing this walk I will be remembering one of my running friends, Helen, who lost her life to breast cancer.
