Freddie needs surgery to his hips as he has suffered terrible abuse consistent with being thrown against a wall. He has been left to suffer like this and do his legs have become deformed. The surgery and cost is far worse than what Angels expected so please, please donate and let’s get this little guy fixed up and give him the new life he so deserves.
