We are so lucky to live in countries where we are allowed freedoms that millions of people in many parts of the world can only dream of. It’s safe to walk around, my children can play, I work hard but I play hard. And I can run. Many individuals, women in particular, are only now being allowed that luxury. 

I have chosen to raise money for Amnesty International because they support people that don’t have these basic human rights, and fight for people that face such atrocities most of us can’t even imagine.

All people deserve the opportunities we have, not all people get them. Please help me in supporting the work that this amazing charity does. I’ll do the hard part with the 6am runs before work and face whatever hail and gale force winds this island will throw at me.
