Our vision is to be a church in the community, serving the community, changing one life at a time. We will take Jesus into the community to reach the lost, feed the hungry and heal the broken. Our Storehouse ministry provides food and clothing to those in need.

Story

Last year I was unfortunately diagnosed with cancer. Whilst receiving Chemotherapy, I was feeling sorry for myself and was bored with feeling tired and yukky all the time. It was then I came up with an idea.

I decided to have a get better list. NOT a bucket list because a bucket list is things to do before you die, but I am planning to be around for a long time yet. Anyway, for every chemo treatment I have added an activity. They are all quite crazy things such as indoor sky diving; trampoline Parks; Go Ape etc. You get the sort of idea

The next event is taking place on Saturday the 9th June. My daughter has bought the family and I a very strange experience. We are going to be flung off the Killiecrankie bridge on a Bungee Swing. I told her that I was no longer scared of anything but really?!?

Well here is where you come in. I thought while doing this it may be a good idea to raise money for a good cause. I am hoping to raise money for The Storehouse Foodbank, which is run by the Falkirk VIneyard Church. This is a very important charity and very close to my heart. It seeks to help disadvantaged families in our local areas by providing them with food and other essentials in a time of crisis. If you feel you could contribute anything then I wold be really grateful and it may give the extra incentive to fly off the bridge.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and thank you for your generosity.

With lots of love

Michelle
