We all know, or have known,  someone we care deeply about who at some point in their lives have had to face this awful disease. They have been just incredible: and so have their loved ones.  Macmillan cancer support is there for everyone affected by cancer, but they can’t help everyone who needs them without support- particularly at the moment.
