We got our first cats from a charity, so I felt the need to give something back to an organisation which cares for those who cannot provide for themselves in times of need.  I am delighted to have been accepted to run in honour of Cats Protection, specifically the Eastbourne branch, in order to participate in the Berlin Marathon 2020. Yes you read that correctly, I was originally accepted for the 2020 marathon. Unfortunately in March of 2020 the world changed and the Berlin Marathon was either cancelled completely or postponed for UK participants. So now I aim to complete the 2022 Berlin Marathon!!!

Whilst many of you who know me may not think a Marathon is a challenge for me, but this one will DEFINITELY be a challenge. Not only have I been waiting 3 YEARS for this (no pressure lol), I have had numerous physical and mental hurdles to overcome during the last 18 months, in addition to the obvious thing everyone else has been dealing with during this time.
