I am taking on the 100k walk in order to raise funds to support and hopefully help more children and babies born with the condition CHD

I will be honest but I had not really heard of this condition until I came across Cayden. He is a little warrior and is doing really well. 

He is my inspiration to do this walk and that is why I have the Childrens Hearts Charity to raise money for. They are a small UK charity.
