Story

*** EVENT INFO***

With just three weeks to go, here is some information regarding the event for all participants.  There is parking on-site at Blenheim School, Longmead Road, Epsom KT19 9BH.  However, there is a hockey match taking place so you may have to park out on the main road (no parking restrictions on a Saturday).

On arrival please make your way to the school's main entrance to register.

There will be a raffle drawn in the main hall at the end of the event with some great prizes so we hope you can stay on for 15 minutes or so after we finish at 4pm.  Tickets will be on sale at the registration desk at £1 each so please bring some spare cash!  Asda is providing every participant with a bottle of water but you can also bring your own which can be refilled on-site.

DANCE-A-THON: Doors open at 1pm - please arrive no later than 1.45pm.  This will take place in the main hall at Blenheim School.  Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and trainers.  Three instructors (Michelle, Vanessa and Sam) will take you through four half-hour sessions.  This fundraiser is all about having fun while you are exercising and we hope you enjoy every minute of your two-hour stint.  Please feel free to sit out if you need a breather - dancing for the whole two hours definitely isn't obligatory!

BOOTCAMP: Doors open at 1pm - please arrive no later than 2.15pm.  This will take place outside on the football pitch at Blenheim School.  Please wear appropriate clothing for outdoor group fitness as this session will take place outside whatever the weather!  Your instructors are Sam and Nicola who are motivating, not militant.  You will be pushed, but to your own limit.

Dance-a-thon: Contact number on the day 07958 584289 (Michelle)

Bootcamp: Contact number on the day 07535 635510 (Sam)

HUGE THANKS TO BLENHEIM SCHOOL FOR LETTING US USE THEIR FACILITIES AT A VASTLY REDUCED RATE - WE SO APPRECIATE IT!

Five guys.  Larry, David, Richard, Brendan and Nigel.  Five husbands of five of my amazing friends Sarah, Linda, Sherry, Connie and Lynn.

Cancer touches too many lives and these five special guys fought to the end.  We want to continue their fight by fundraising for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity in memory of them all.

So.....my husband Sam and I are putting on this fundraiser to raise lots of lovely money.  The date is Saturday 23 March 2019 at Blenheim School in Epsom.  HUGE thanks to Blenheim School for letting us use this fantastic venue at a vastly reduced rate - it is so appreciated!

You can EITHER:

(a) dance your socks off for all or some of two hours (with me and two other fabulous dance fitness instructors) OR....

(b) commit to one hour of outdoor group training with Sam and his team

The cost is £15 for the dance-a-thon (2pm-4pm) and £10 for the boot camp (2.30pm-3.30pm). Please pay for your place here and leave your name(s) in the comment box so we know who is coming along on the day. Minimum age 13 for dance-a-thon and age 16 for bootcamp.

Alternatively, you can get involved in other ways by providing a raffle prize; helping on the day; or simply making a donation.

I promise you an afternoon of fun with a great group of people.
