Story

On 6 Feb 2023 Jim Davey, our much loved Dad/grandad passed away in the BCH cancer centre. He was an amazing person who was loved so deeply and who’s passing has left an enormous void in all our lives.

Dad was treated and passed away in ward 2B by the most truly wonderful team of nursing staff, doctors, carers and numerous other medical professionals.

In his memory we wish to raise funds to support the amazing work carried out in the Cancer Centre. Not only do they treat patients, they also give enormous support to families in the worst moments of their lives., treating everyone with the utmost respect and dignity.

I will be running with my brother James Davey and children Michael, Tim and Rachel Scott as part of a relay team in the Belfast city marathon on the 30th April 2023. Any support would be greatly appreciated by all the family.

Thanks
