Myself and some of my friends and family are taking on DEFEAT DELAMERE to help raise vital funds for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation, running either 5km, 10km or 16km.

In late 2019, I lost my dad after a very short battle with lung cancer. He was only 57 and he was the light in the lives of everyone who knew him.I want to do as much as I can to keep his memory alive whilst raising money to try to defeat this horrendous disease.

Any donations would be hugely appreciated, no matter how small!
