Right.. I am running The Great North Run again this year on the 19th September and would greatly appreciate any sponshorship pledges towards two charities, The Childrens Foundation and St Benedict's Hospice. I am also very keen to support the monumental efforts of Mark Allison who in May of 2011 is running across America...3100 miles, 100 days, 31 miles a day!!!! a fantasic fella! have a look at his website. However save a couple of quid for me as it looks like I am doing nothing in comparison...
