Like virtually every community in Ireland our town of Ashbourne has been rocked with the plague of suicides in our young people.

On Sunday 11th August a group of us from Ashbourne Rugby Club are cycling from Athenry back to Ashbourne (190km) to Raise much needed funds for 3 great charities.

Jigsaw Meath- Supporting young peoples mental health

ASAP- Ashbourne Suicide Awareness & Prevention

SOSAD- promotes suicide prevention and awareness and supports those who are bereaved
