As you may already know I am Riding London-Essex 100 miles challenge on 28.5.23, raising funds for Amnesty International & London Cycling Campaign [LCC], both worthy causes.

Training continues to go well and I cycled 72mls yesterday. One more similar long training ride and I will start tapering down towards the Ride in just under 4 weeks.
