On 8 June, at the grand old age of 60, I will be taking on my 4th (and possibly last?  who knows...) London to Paris bike ride in honour of by big bro James. Because of him, my parents had a lifelong association with the charity, my late dad being Chairman of the Met region in London for many years.  Even long after retirement, he would put in shifts at the Mencap shop in Greenwich!
