Thanks for taking the time to visit this memorial page for my dearly departed wife, lover, friend and soulmate Karen.

Anyone that met K could not fail to be entranced by the passion with which she attacked each and every idea, concept and subject that took her fancy; from learning and writing, to food and photogaphy. From her  her beloved dogs: Bea, Stanley and Ollie, to her constant desire for peace and goodwill she never failed to give it her all. There was though one passion that conistently towered above all else, and that was her love of trees. When we travelled in 2014 to the Scottish highlands K fell in love with the area, and the work that Trees for Life are doing there. Through your donations in her memory they will be able to regenerate and rewild another patch of ancient woodland, in particular through their project to create a new a new forest at Carn na Caorach, overlooking Glen Afrric which was a very happy place for her.
