Mieke has been growing her hair all through lockdown and it is now long enough to cut off and donate to the Little Princess Trust who make wigs for children and young people with hair loss. 

However, she would also like to ask for sponsorships to raise money for Ward 3 at Luton and Dunstable Hospital where I (her Mum) work as a nurse. We have a fantastic team who have worked so hard throughout lockdown providing care for patients with Covid and many other conditions. However, there is equipment that we would like to buy to help us improve the care that we provide, so Mieke is kicking off the start of a little fund to help us do this. Will update  on how the money is spent but it will be on something to benefit our patients.
